Issue an electronic divorce by mutual consent

You can issue an electronic divorce by mutual consent.

To complete the process, login is required by:

your spouse
the lawyers of the two spouses, and
a notary public

Please note that the process needs to be initiated by the lawyer.

You will need:

your personal Taxisnet credentials (for spouses, notaries)
your credentials to the portal of the Council of Bar Associations (for lawyers)

Once the process has been completed, you will find the notarial deed of the Electronic divorce by mutual consent in your Citizen's Inbox.

Please note that for marriages performed before 2013, and BEFORE you login to the application portal, you need to contact the Registry Office of the Municipality where the marriage took place, so as to enter the marriage certificate in the "Citizens' Register" information system. In the cases where the Tax Identification Number (AFM) and the Social Insurance Number (AMKA) of the spouses are not mentioned in the marriage registration certificate,
it is NOT possible to use this digital service, because at this stage these details are necessary for the identification of the aforementioned persons.
