You can co-sign and digitally certify the Licenced Electrician Certification Form (YDE). The YDE is signed by:

• the electrical installer who has drawn up the certification document
• the electrical installer of the pertinent professional association
• optionally, the user of the electrical installation

The process is initiated by the electrical installer who also needs to upload the certification form (formal declaration). All other signatories need to select the "Pending issues" field to locate the document and sign it. The signed document is digitally certified and displayed in the Citizen's Inbox only when the process is completed by all parties,

You will need:

• either your internet banking or your personal Taxisnet credentials (after registering in the National Communication Register (EMEP) to confirm your mobile phone number)
• your mobile phone number, to which the confirmation codes will be sent before the document is issued
• the YDE that you wish to sign and digitally certify, in.pdf format. Please note that you need to upload the YDE and the accompanying documentation in a single file.
