You can renew your unemployment card online, within twenty (20) days before its indicated expiry date.

You will need:

• either a passkey, which you can get from an employment promotion centre of the Public Employment Service (DYPA)
• or your personal Taxisnet credentials

Alternatively, you can visit a KEP with:

• your Tax Identification Number (AFM)
• your Social Insurance Number (AMKA)
• a proof of your identity (identity card, passport, driving licence or insurance book)

Alternatively, you have the option to book an online appointment on myKEPlive so as to be served by an employee of the Citizens' Service Centres (KEP) via video conference.
