Request finance for your investment project in the sector of agri-food products from the development programme "Entrepreneurship 360" of Law 4887/2022

You can submit an application for the inclusion of investment projects supported by the New Development Law -“ Greece Strong Development (Law 4887/2022).

The application for inclusion relates to support for investment projects in the primary agricultural production sector, and covers small, very small and medium-sized enterprises, and the processing of agricultural products by all enterprises.

Eligible to apply are investment entities that are established or have a branch in the Greek territory at the time of commencement of the investment project, as long as their legal form is one of the following:

  • a commercial company
  • a cooperative
  • a Social Cooperative Enterprise (SocCoopEnt), an Agricultural Cooperative (AC), a Producer Group (PrG), a Producer Organisation (PO), an Urban Cooperative, or an Agricultural Partnership (AP)
  • a consortium engaged in commercial activity
  • a public or municipal undertaking and their subsidiaries, provided that: (a) they do not serve a public purpose; (b) their scope, as defined by the State, is not to exclusively provide services; (c) they are not subsidised by public funds for the period of compliance with the long-term obligations, as set forth in Article 25
  • a sole proprietorship, with a maximum eligible cost of two hundred thousand (200,000) Euros per investment project

  • the corporate Taxisnet credentials
  • to attach the necessary supporting documents mentioned in the relevant call of the Ministry of Development and Investment
