Natural persons who are registered producers Register of Farmers and Agricultural Holdings and you want to be active as sellers in Itinerant trade, from own production, you can apply for and obtain a producer’s licence.

In Itinerant trade, the seller moves by any motor, trailer or other type of moving medium. It does not have a specific business position, but moves continuously with the exception of the duration of the transaction. Sellers operate in municipal communities with a permanent population of up to five thousand (5.000) inhabitants.

Licences shall be granted following a notice issued by the Regions.

It will be necessary to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• attach the necessary supporting documents depending on your capacity, the vacancy notice and the product you will market

The period of validity of the licence shall be five years with a right of renewal.
