Mobile telephony service providers pay the mobile telephony subscribers' fee to the State.

The fee is borne by the subscribers and is calculated on the monthly bill of all contract plans.

The payment of the fee is made on the basis of monthly statements submitted by the last day of the second month following the reference month.
